Your mission

As a KOL and Influencer Manager at Bitpanda, you will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing high-profile crypto and trading influencers in the EU market to drive brand engagement and revenue. Leveraging your existing network, you will establish impactful, high-performing partnerships that align with business objectives. This role involves negotiating agreements, ensuring content meets performance expectations, and collaborating with internal teams to strategise, measure effectiveness, and refine approaches for maximum ROI. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in crypto influencer management within the EU, with a proven track record of driving successful partnerships.

What you’ll do 

• Network! Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and influencers in the crypto space, ensuring alignment with the Bitpanda brand and company goals.
• Create and implement influencer marketing strategies tailored to the crypto and blockchain industry, driving revenue awareness and engagement whilst adhering to regulatory guidelines.
• Research and stay updated on the latest crypto trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencers to ensure our campaigns remain innovative and relevant.
• Manage campaigns and content. Work with influencers to create engaging, compliant, and impactful content for various platforms, including YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future collaborations.

Who you are 

• Relevant experience in influencer marketing, within the crypto or fintech space, with a proven track record and existing network of crypto influencers and KOLs. 
• You have a deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain space, including the latest trends, technologies, and key players.
• Strong relationship and networking skills. You excel at establishing and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, KOLs, and industry stakeholders. You know all the key established players and who the emerging ones are.
• You have an eye for impactful content and understand what resonates with crypto audiences across all platforms (YouTube, Meta, Tik Tok, X & Telegram).
• Outstanding English language skills, both written and verbal. Additional languages like German, French & Italian are a plus.
