Your Mission:
As a Senior Specialist in Financial Institutions, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key external financial institutions while collaborating with internal senior stakeholders to drive business growth. You will play a vital role in maintaining strong partnerships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic initiatives within the banking and payments landscape.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and develop long-term strategic relationships with key financial institutions, serving as the primary point of contact for business, operational, and regulatory matters.
- Ensure compliance and due diligence by overseeing annual KYC reviews, onsite visits, and maintaining up-to-date documentation with external partners.
- Support new partnerships by leading onboarding processes, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization to expand banking relationships.
- Collaborate with internal senior stakeholders to align financial partnerships with business objectives and enhance operational efficiencies.
- Monitor market trends and opportunities, identifying new banking solutions and optimizing correspondent banking, payments, and treasury activities.
Who You Are:
- 5-7 years of experience in the banking industry, with expertise in Treasury, Correspondent Banking, Payments, or Corporate Banking Relationship Management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a strong ability to influence and drive business discussions.
- Strategic and business-driven mindset, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to process optimization and efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and financial regulations, with the ability to manage compliance, risk, and due diligence processes.
- Crypto knowledge is a plus, but not required—however, you should be open to learning about this emerging industry.
