Your mission

You will take ownership of building and optimizing our post-trade operations, driving efficiency, automation, and risk management within our Securities Platform. You’ll work at the intersection of finance and technology, using data-driven insights to streamline our clearing, settlement, and reconciliation processes for Stocks, ETFs and other financial instruments.

What you’ll do

• Implement and optimize workflows that improve settlement and reconciliation processes overall efficiency.
• Identify and drive automation initiatives to reduce manual interventions, enhance accuracy and implement solutions that elevate operational excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Compliance, and Product teams to integrate seamless settlement and reconciliation capabilities into our Securities Platform.
• Act as the key point of contact for external partners, including custodians, to align settlement operations with evolving market standards.
• Ensure settlement operations adhere to regulatory requirements and internal risk policies while staying ahead of regulatory changes 

Who you are

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• You bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience in settlement, reconciliation, or post-trade operations, ideally in fintech, brokerage, or asset management.
• You have a deep understanding of securities and banking processes, including on-exchange trading and settlement.
• Your investigative and analytical skills enable you to spot inefficiencies and drive operational improvements.
• You can translate complex financial operations into clear, actionable solutions for both internal teams and external partners.
