Your mission
As a Senior Recruiter at Bitpanda you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting and selecting top-tier talent to support the company hiring needs across our Commercial area – from Sales, Solution Engineering to Marketing and more. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and onboarding high-caliber candidates who possess the skills and cultural fit required to thrive in our innovative work environment.
What you’ll do
- Recruit top talent globally for our hubs in Vienna, Barcelona, Berlin, Dubai, and multiple others!
- You will manage the full cycle, end-to-end recruitment process and build relevant global sourcing strategies tailored to the market and hiring needs.
- Leveraging your extensive candidate network and utilising various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, industry events and referrals, to identify and attract top talent.
- Partnering with our hiring leaders across the business to understand the hiring objectives and develop strategies to deliver upon hiring goals.
- Provide a flawless, high-touch candidate interview experience for every candidate from application through to offer stage.
- Educate hiring managers and interview teams to ensure they are prepared and engaged for every interview.
- Track and analyse data to properly report on hiring progress to stakeholders and business leadership on a regular basis.
Who you are
- 7+ years of relevant experience as a full lifecycle recruiter within a fast-paced growth environment, with a specific focus on Commercial hiring.
- You have a strong network of commercial candidates to hit up anytime – it's all about knowing people in this area!
- Consistent track record of sourcing and recruiting talent, and solving business issues by designing effective hiring strategies.
- Experience building productive relationships across the business and influencing your stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, always trying to find ways to optimize your hiring practices based on data and report back to the business – we love data and want you to support hiring rationale based on insights.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and German.
