Your mission

You’ll attract top-tier talent and own and strengthen our employer brand from end to end. You’ll join the team responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across our Tech & Product organization while also leading your own unique initiatives that position Bitpanda as an employer of choice in the market.

What you’ll do

  • Own end-to-end hiring for roles across Tech and Product, primarily for roles in our Vienna HQ, including executing tailored sourcing strategies 
  • Leveraging your extensive candidate network and utilising various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, industry events and referrals, to identify and attract top talent.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to final offer, maintaining transparency, open communication, and a positive journey for the candidate.
  • Own and execute employer branding initiatives across channels—craft compelling content, manage our career page and social presence, and represent Bitpanda at events to boost talent attraction and brand visibility.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align on goals, ensure interview readiness and engagement, and regularly track and report hiring progress to leadership.

Who you are

  • Strategic and data-driven tech & product recruiter with a background owning the full candidate experience from strategy, intake meetings and sourcing to hired. 
  • Great network and deep understanding of the Austrian Tech & Product market, especially within the Product and Tech talent landscape.
  • Hands-on experience driving employer branding initiatives—content creation, social media, events, and partnerships.
  • Strong stakeholder manager with excellent influencing, communication, and presentation skills in English and German.
