Your mission:
As an Intern on the Business Applications team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting the Business Applications, Finance/Accounting, Treasury, and Sales Operations teams. You will be an integral part of the team, providing first-level support for various business applications, learning about application management, and helping drive improvements in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This internship is ideal for someone eager to develop their technical skills and contribute to the success of a dynamic tech-driven company.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Application Support: Provide first-level support for business applications such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Yokoy, and other enterprise systems. Assist in resolving issues related to system access, performance, and functionality.
  • Incident Management: Help monitor and manage incoming support tickets, ensuring that issues are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner. Collaborate with senior analysts to escalate and resolve complex problems.
  • User Training: Support the training of end-users on system functionalities and best practices. Assist in the development and maintenance of user guides and documentation.
  • Documentation: Contribute to the development and maintenance of run-books, how-to’s, and FAQs in Confluence to support back-office operations and procedures.
  • AI + Automation: Identify opportunities to automate business processes using AI, integration platforms, and workflows.
Who You Are:
  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any subject or, in lieu of pursuing a degree, strong technical and/or functional aptitude with an interest in cloud-based Business Applications, integrations and business processes related to Finance, Accounting, or Sales Operations.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of cloud-based ERP or CRM applications (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce). Familiarity with web services, SQL, data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Eager to learn and contribute to team success.
