Your mission
As a key member of the global payroll team, your primary responsibility will be managing the complexities of Austrian payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance within Austria's regulatory framework. Additionally, you will serve as a vital backup for payroll operations across our European jurisdictions. Your expertise in the Austrian payroll landscape will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our colleagues. What you’ll do
- Manage the payroll process via our 3rd party payroll vendor for 300+ employees with a strong focus on Austrian payroll.
- Manage monthly payroll accounting and reconciliation partnering with Finance and Treasury teams.
- Maintenance of payroll records and files including, but not limited to PTO and other accrued leave.
- Advise our People Experience team on various payroll-relevant topics and more.
- Partner cross-functionally with our People Experience, Accounting, Legal and Treasury teams
Who you are
- 2+ years of Austrian payroll experience and good knowledge of Austrian local labour laws related to Payroll, preferably within a global environment
- Data driven, an affinity for numbers and data and the ability to work with a variety of HR-Tools (working knowledge of Workday is a nice to have)
- Possess strong organisational skills, showcasing the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- A collaborative team player with strong analytical skills, known for a solution-oriented and precise approach. Demonstrates reliability and adaptability, excelling both independently and in cross-functional collaboration across the different departments of the company..
- Full professional proficiency in German and English (both written and verbal)
Please note we would consider this role on a part time basis.
