Your mission:

As our HQ Workplaces Experience (WX) Partner, you will be part of our passionate Workplaces team. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive partner to be the main point of contact for employees, visitors, and business partners. Your mission? To make our HQ a place employees love coming to by creating a welcoming, exciting, and smooth in-office experience.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining an amazing work environment for our employees by ensuring smooth running of our offices (HQ). In this role you will be steering our vendors, managing office related projects, ensuring a functioning office environment and technical infrastructure. Together with the Workplaces Team, you will come up with innovative ideas to empower our Panda community and give them a space for creativity, success and collaboration.  

What you´ll do

• Take ownership of creating the ultimate employee workplace experience, ensuring the office is a place employees love to be.
• Foster a strong sense of community by organizing social initiatives and programs that bring employees together and enhance the in-office culture.
• Organize events, implement new services, and manage employee onsite-benefits to make the workplace a great experience for everyone.
• Be on top of internal communication channels, keeping employees informed and excited about upcoming events and office updates.
• Provide pivotal data on workplace performance, track costs, and assist in designing policies and processes to maintain high service standards.
• Support and contribute to the Workplaces team, driving continuous improvement in the office experience.
• Oversee external front-office staff as well as all internal and external infrastructural services  (cleaning, catering, reception, etc.).

Who you are

• 3+ years of experience in workplace experience, hospitality, or office management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A passion for creating a welcoming and engaging workplace environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a hands-on, can-do attitude.
• Experience managing events and/or employee services is a plus.
• Business-level (C1/C2) proficiency in both German and English (certificate required).
