As an Operations Generalist, you will work closely with the COO to support key business functions, including, but not limited to, HR, operations & strategy, regulatory and board and investor communications. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has a knack for identifying inefficiencies and designing automated solutions, including agentic AI processes, to streamline administrative tasks.

You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, building robust processes, and ensuring the company executes to the highest standards. You will be happy working on the day-to-day administrative tasks that need to get done, but also contributing to larger strategic initiatives and direction of the company.

The person will have the opportunity to move into a functional specialism as the business grows.

The role will report into the COO.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Operational Execution:
  • Support the COO in executing operational strategies to ensure the company meets its goals and objectives.
  • Identify, prioritize, and address day-to-day operational needs across all functions.
• Process Design and Automation:
  • Design and implement agentic AI-driven workflows to automate internal administrative tasks, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.
  • Continuously optimize processes to support scalability and operational excellence.
• HR and Talent Management:
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Develop systems to support performance management, training, and organizational development.
• Board and Investor Engagement:
  • Prepare materials and reports for Board meetings and investor updates.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of critical information.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of company goals.
  • Provide hands-on support in areas of greatest need, adapting quickly to changing priorities.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with tools and technologies that support process automation (e.g., AI tools, workflow automation platforms, data analytics tools).
• Experience: 3-6 years in an operational, consulting, or similar role, ideally in a high-growth startup or technology environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Data Science). Advanced degrees are a plus.
