Purpose and Objectives for the Role 

The Content & Draw production Specialist is responsible for managing both the on-air draw execution and the content production ecosystem surrounding Big Ticket’s live and digital draws broadcast, working closely with the Draw Production Manager.

This is a hybrid role that bridges production management and content creation, ensuring seamless delivery of live draws while also creating high-quality video content (VTs, promos, and digital assets).

The role oversees the full production cycle - from concept and planning to shoot, edit, and delivery, while coordinating freelancers, vendors, and internal teams across monthly and weekly live draws, as well as special projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Overall Responsibilities 

• Support and oversee the execution of monthly and weekly live draws, rehearsals, and studio operations

• Work closely with the Draw Production Manager to ensure smooth planning and delivery of all draw-related activities

• Manage the end-to-end production cycle, including planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery, while overseeing vendors and freelancers

• Plan, shoot, and edit VTs, promo videos, and digital content as required

• Coordinate freelancers, production crew, and external vendors across live draws and content shoots

• Ensure all production timelines, deliverables, and workflows are managed efficiently

• Maintain production trackers, logs, and relevant documentation

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, to ensure alignment on requirements. •Ensure all operations follow approved SOPs, compliance standards, and audit requirements

• Supervise rehearsals, technical testing, and overall show readiness

Skills Required 

• Strong experience in live broadcast, studio production, or event production environments
• Hands-on ability to shoot and edit video content (VTs, promos, digital assets)
• Solid understanding of audio, video, lighting, and live streaming systems
• Strong production management skills, including planning, scheduling, and execution
• Experience managing freelancers, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to handle both creative and technical responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially under live show pressure
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
