 About the Role 

The Virgin Segment Postpaid Manager is responsible for defining key customer and market insights; designing, developing, and launching propositions, initiatives, and campaigns; managing performance (commercial and operational); providing a best-in-class online customer experience; and building digital-first capabilities, all while continuously optimizing customer journeys to maximize conversion. 

The postpaid segment manager will collaborate closely with the Dubai-based Digital Factory and the Saudi-based Pricing, Technical, Operational, and Sales Teams to deliver the overall strategy for Virgin postpaid offers. They are expected to be a role model, inspiring the team to drive digital innovation at the heart of the strategy to fulfil Virgin Mobile's promise to "Make Mobile Better." 

The Virgin Segment Postpaid Manager will manage offers, devices, value-added services, and related strategies for postpaid customers.  

This is an exciting and broad role that offers the opportunity to work across the entire mobile business. Passion and energy are prerequisites for any role in the team as we operate in a dynamic business environment. 

What You Will Do 

  • Define and drive the virgin segment proposition strategy for Virgin Mobile KSA- including defining customer insights, target audience and market opportunities, proposition initiatives and customer experience which will differentiate Virgin Mobile KSA from the competition and grow the business. 
  • Manage the overall proposition and product roadmap, including driving key investment and prioritisation choices with the business stakeholders. 
  • Shape, build and deliver successful go-to-market plans to launch new products and propositions. 
  • Own and drive commercial performance and support weekly trading activity -- capitalising on emerging opportunities, understanding and responding to competitive activity in collaboration with sales channels and trading teams. 
  • Work closely with e-commerce teams to improve digital sales performance including funnel optimisation. 
  • Own and optimise end-to-end customer journey towards customer needs including a strong digital first mindset for any new enhancements. 
  • Work closely with Communications Team to manage communications and advertising plans, including strategy, budget management, media mix and performance. 
  • Manage strategic and business planning/ roadmap for stakeholders and key decisions. 
  • Track record of driving segment performance for a offers/ proposition and P&L management 

What You Will Need 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business management, Data analytics, business analytics, etc.  

          Master’s degree in industrial engineering, marketing, business management, data analytics, business analytics is a plus. 

  • Experience: +10 years of experience

Skills: 

  • Thorough understanding of the Telecom Market in KSA or other GCC market. 
  • Experience in developing, designing and delivering insight led offers / proposition launches. 
  • Track record of driving digital sales performance and improving digital customer experience 
  • Experience working in a dynamic and Agile environment 
  • Track record of shaping and implementing a go-to-market offers launch including working with a range of sales channels in particular ‘digital’ 
  • Proven track record of managing complex roadmaps, associated budgets and related resources. 
  • Proven solid judgement, and decision making. 
  • Exceptional Communication, presentation, influencing skills and stakeholder management, up to Director Level 
  • Strategic and business planning experience 

Other Qualifications:  

  • Certified Marketing Manager (CMM) 
  • Preferred to have experience in dealing with customer applications design tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.  
  • Business analytics. 
  • Good knowledge on AI industry.
