Role Purpose
Why this role matters: As Senior Business Finance Specialist, you will play a key role in addresses a critical need for stronger financial visibility, disciplined resource allocation, and strategic decision support across the business. As the organization grows, the leadership requires deeper analytical insights to understand profitability drivers, evaluate investment options, and anticipate financial risks. Your contributions will help shape the Finance team, and ultimately the way we disrupt the market.
What success looks like: In your first year, you will be focused on:
● Deliver a robust, reliable financial planning and forecasting framework.
● Transform data into actionable insights that shape business strategy.
● By building advanced performance dashboards, profitability analyses, and scenario models, you will help leaders identify margin opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and proactively manage risks across key markets.
● Drive operational efficiencies and cost optimization.
● Through deep dives into spend categories, performance metrics, and investment returns, identify cost‑saving opportunities and efficiency improvements that translate directly into better financial results.
● Develop strong relationships with cross‑functional teams, enabling finance to become a proactive, solution‑oriented partner.
● Deliver measurable impact on business performance.
● By year‑end, show improvements in profitability, budgeting discipline, and operational KPIs through consistent insights, recommendations, and follow‑through.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
● Lead the budget & forecast process, ensuring the quality of the information and the delivery dates.
● Collaborate with the different teams, performing new business models.
● Manage the weekly and monthly KPIs reports, ensuring the delivery of cristial recommendations that guide the strategic decision.
● Develop and maintain automated financial models and dashboards
● Drive deep performance analysis and profitability reviews
● Partner closely with Accounting, Operations, and Digital, ensuring the business prioritization.
Qualifications & Attributes
We’re seeking someone who embodies the following:
● Education: Bachelor’s in accounting, business administration or any career in finance.
● Experience: 3+ years in finance areas or a related field. Experience in the Telco sector is a plus.
Technical Skills:
○ Advanced Excel skills
○ Power BI is a plus
○ Strong knowledge of financial statements, capex and cash flow
○ Development of budgets and business models is a must
○ English B2 or higher
