Role Purpose
- Why this role matters: As a Facilities Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and a great workplace experience at our Dubai headquarters. By keeping our facilities running efficiently and professionally supporting vendors and maintenance functions, you’ll directly impact how our teams collaborate, engage, and thrive every day.
- What success looks like: Within your first year, you’ll streamline maintenance schedules, improve responsiveness with service vendors, and ensure every Rebel working from Dubai benefits from a functional, safe, and clean office environment.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
● Coordinate day-to-day operational needs for the Dubai office, including cleaning, maintenance, utilities, and security vendor interactions.
● Track and respond to facilities-related requests, working closely with office staff and external providers to resolve issues promptly.
● Support vendor management by reviewing service levels, reporting concerns, and conducting routine inspections.
● Assist with workspace arrangements, furniture and equipment setup, and basic IT coordination during moves or changes.
● Monitor regular maintenance schedules for air conditioning, electrical systems, and other critical infrastructure.
● Support compliance efforts by conducting basic health and safety checks to align with UAE regulations.
● Contribute to cost tracking and administrative support for facility invoices and supplies procurement.
● Collaborate with People, IT, and Finance teams on office-related matters and team coordination activities where needed.
Qualifications & Attributes
We’re seeking someone who embodies the following:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in facilities coordination, office administration, or building operations—preferably within a fast-paced or multi-function environment.
- Technical Skills:
○ Must-haves: Working knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations; hands-on experience coordinating service vendors; ability to manage calendars, processes, and reporting tools.
○ Nice-to-haves: Experience supporting small-scale office moves or renovations; familiarity with budget tracking or vendor assessment tools. - Unique Attributes:
○ Thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and multi-tasking are key.
○ Brings a proactive attitude and willingness to step in where needed.
○ Excellent communicator with strong coordination skills to manage internal teams and external service providers.
