Role Purpose
- Why this role matters: As Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing – KSA, you’ll lead the design and execution of integrated marketing strategies tailored to the Saudi market. Your work will directly shape the way customers engage with our brands, blending local execution with regional alignment to build demand, drive acquisition, and strengthen market presence.
- What success looks like: In your first year, you will deliver 360° integrated campaigns, improve marketing ROI through performance-led decisions, and lead the go-to-market for new launches in partnership with commercial, product, and digital teams.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
● Lead the end-to-end integrated marketing strategy for the Saudi market across brand, acquisition, and lifecycle initiatives.
● Partner with group brand, digital, and commercial teams to ensure local campaigns are aligned with regional strategic priorities.
● Oversee 360° campaign execution across ATL, BTL, digital, retail, and owned media environments.
● Manage and coordinate with creative agencies, media buyers, and production vendors to deliver impactful campaigns.
● Serve as a bridge between the commercial and brand teams—ensuring that business objectives are reflected in marketing plans and positioning.
● Track KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize based on consumer insights and learnings.
● Provide leadership to agency and internal marketing team members, creating clarity, accountability, and collaboration.
● Support cross-market knowledge sharing, contribute to shared campaign frameworks and help scale regional best practices.
Qualifications & Attributes
We’re seeking someone who embodies the following:
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
● 8+ years in integrated marketing, brand management, or campaign strategy, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
● Experience delivering full-funnel marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
● Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market—regulations, consumer behavior, cultural nuances.
● Prior experience in telco, tech, or digital services is a plus.
Technical Skills
Must-haves:
● Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign development, media planning, and marketing analytics.
● Experience with customer segmentation, channel mix optimization, and budget management.
Nice-to-haves:
● Familiarity with Martech tools, CRM platforms, and performance marketing concepts.
