Role Purpose
Why this role matters:
- As a key member of our marketing team, you will drive our digital customer acquisition strategy across Arabic-speaking markets. Your expertise in SEM will be essential in leading paid search campaigns that boost our brand visibility and maximize ROI. With deep knowledge of Arabic-language search behavior, your work will ensure cultural resonance and campaign impact across Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC region.
What success looks like:
In your first year, you will:
- Audit and optimize existing paid search campaigns within the first 90 days—improving key metrics like CPA and CTR.
- Launch and scale high-impact Arabic-language search campaigns across platforms like Google to accelerate customer acquisition.
- Build a robust performance reporting framework using GA4 and Looker Studio to translate SEM performance into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of Arabic-language paid search campaigns—primarily across Google Ads—tailored for high-impact customer acquisition in GCC markets.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, design, product, UX, CRM, and analytics teams to align SEM initiatives with broader business goals, user journeys, and messaging strategies.
- Manage keyword strategy and develop culturally relevant Arabic ad copy that boosts CTR and conversion performance.
- Optimize landing page performance through structured A/B testing and close collaboration with UX and content teams.
- Drive budget allocation and bid management, monitoring pacing to ensure targets are met for ROAS and CPA.
- Oversee agency partnerships or external vendors (if applicable), ensuring all campaigns deliver against agreed timelines and KPIs.
- Report campaign insights and actionable learnings to senior leadership, while steering SEM planning across marketing cycles and new product initiatives.
Qualifications & Attributes
We’re seeking someone who embodies the following:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Preferred: Certifications in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint. A Master’s in a digital-focused discipline is a plus.
Experience:
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience managing SEM campaigns, with a strong focus on Arabic-language performance marketing.
- Language Requirement: Fluent in Arabic
- Industry background in e-commerce, digital-first brands, telecommunications, or performance-driven consumer services is highly valued.
- Experience within the GCC or Saudi market is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills:
Must-haves:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping if relevant)
- Google Analytics 4, including conversion and event tracking
- Google Tag Manager for tag/pixel management
- Looker Studio or similar for dashboarding/reporting
- Keyword strategy, bid optimization, Quality Score understanding, campaign structuring
- Native-level Arabic (written/spoken) with strong proficiency in English
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with Bing Ads, YouTube Ads, or local search engines
- Familiarity with CRO tools (A/B testing platforms, landing page builders like Optimizely or Unbounce)
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or data visualization for deeper SEM performance analysis
