Role Purpose

What success looks like:

In your first year, you will:

  • Design and execute an integrated paid social strategy across multiple platforms, 
  • Launch and optimize high-performing campaigns that yield measurable improvements in ROAS and CPA, 
  • Build strong reporting systems to drive continuous insight sharing, creative testing, and data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities 

In this role, you will: 

  • Lead the development and implementation of results-driven paid social strategies across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, and YouTube—ensuring alignment with performance and brand objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign planning, activation, optimization, and reporting, with a strong focus on efficiency, budget pacing, and KPI attainment (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR).
  • Analyze campaign performance data and audience behavior to continuously improve creative formats, targeting strategies, and media mix.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Performance Marketing, Analytics, Brand, and Product teams to produce high-impact campaigns and ensure consistency across marketing touchpoints.
  • Guide and oversee external agencies or freelance partners, maintaining executional quality and delivery timelines.
  • Manage the paid social media budget, providing accurate forecasts, monitoring spend, and reallocating investments based on real-time performance.
  • Present campaign outcomes, test learnings, and optimization recommendations to senior stakeholders—translating data into actionable decisions that shape the broader marketing roadmap. 

Qualifications & Attributes 

We’re seeking someone who embodies the following: 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a relevant field is required. Advanced qualifications—such as a Master’s degree or certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Advertising, or Data Analytics—are a plus.

Experience:

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns in a results-oriented, high-growth marketing environment. 
  • Proven ability to manage sizable budgets and consistently deliver against performance goals (CPA, ROAS, etc.). 
  • Background in consumer brands, e-commerce, technology, or digital agencies is highly valued. 
  • Skilled in managing multi-platform social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.

Technical Skills:

  • Must-haves:
    ○ Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other leading social ad platforms. 
    ○ Strong knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads reporting. 
    ○ Expertise in audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and budget management. 
    ○ Experience with ad testing methodologies and A/B testing frameworks. 
  • Nice-to-haves: 
    ○ Familiarity with programmatic tools, CRM platform integration, and tag management (e.g., Google Tag Manager). 
    ○ Exposure to data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) or basic SQL skills. 
    ○ Working knowledge of creative collaboration/editing tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.

○ Proactive and solutions-oriented when confronted with campaign challenges or ambiguous scenarios.
