Role Purpose 

Why this role matters: As Manager, Social Media, you will play a key role in shaping the brand’s digital identity, amplifying customer engagement, and influencing how Beyond ONE is experienced online. Your contributions will directly impact our brand visibility, audience growth, and ability to compete in a highly dynamic, mobile-first market.

What success looks like: In your first year, you will develop a platform-specific social media strategy, increase engagement metrics by at least 30%, and execute an integrated campaign or partnership that delivers measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities 

In this role, you will: 

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-impact content across platforms including Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Product, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure campaign alignment and cohesive messaging.
  • Plan and manage a dynamic content calendar, leveraging timely events and cultural moments to enhance brand relevance.
  • Monitor and engage with the online community, responding in real time to boost audience participation and sentiment.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize content, drive decision-making, and report on results to key stakeholders.
  • Manage third-party vendors, influencers, or creative partners as needed to ensure content quality and brand consistency.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and supervise junior contributors or interns, fostering best practices in digital content execution. 

Qualifications & Attributes 

We’re seeking someone who embodies the following: 

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Social Media Management, Digital Strategy, or Content Marketing (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Google Digital Garage, HubSpot) are preferred. A master’s in Digital Media, Branding, or Marketing Communications is a plus, but not essential. 

Experience: 

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for consumer-facing brands, ideally within B2C sectors such as tech, retail, telecom, entertainment, or F&B.
  • Language Requirement: Fluency in Arabic
  • Experience in the GCC region, particularly Saudi Arabia, and familiarity with Arabic-language content and cultural nuances is highly valued. 

Technical Skills: 

Must-haves: 

  • Mastery of key platforms: Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube
  • Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or Later
  • Skilled in performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Sprinklr)
  • Strong copywriting in English and/or Arabic
  • Basic design or editing experience (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) 

Nice-to-haves: 

  • Video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere)
  • Experience working with influencers or creators
  • Familiarity with CRM or email tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp
  • Working knowledge of AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Lumen5)
