Role Purpose 

  • Why this role matters: As a Senior Manager, Social Media, you will play a critical role in shaping and amplifying Beyond ONE’s digital voice across platforms. You'll drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth in the digitally competitive UAE market—bridging content strategy, digital storytelling, and performance-driven campaigns to create a scalable and influential presence aligned with our global vision.
  • What success looks like: In your first year, you will lead the complete overhaul and implementation of a data-driven social media strategy, deliver measurable growth in audience engagement, and establish a framework for tracking content and campaign performance across all key platforms. Your insights will directly inform marketing decisions and drive long-term impact.

Key Responsibilities 

In this role, you will: 

  • Develop and lead an integrated, data-driven social media strategy across platforms, ensuring brand alignment, audience relevance, and measurable impact. 
  • Oversee content creation and publishing—ensuring assets are optimized for performance, creativity, and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Threads, and emerging channels.
  • Supervise community engagement by guiding the social team in real-time monitoring, follower interaction, and response management to build trust and loyalty.
  • Plan and execute high-impact campaigns tied to brand initiatives, product launches, and cultural moments—working cross-functionally to amplify reach and results.
  • Track key metrics and deliver actionable insights through regular performance reporting, A/B testing, and optimization efforts.
  • Manage influencer partnerships, identifying and collaborating with regional creators to elevate brand voice, reach, and credibility.
  • Lead and coach a team of social media professionals, fostering growth, alignment, and strategic execution across all initiatives.
  • Liaise across departments including Marketing, Content, CX, Data, and Product to ensure cohesive communication, support joint initiatives, and embed social media into broader business goals.
  • Oversee budget and vendor relationships, ensuring high-ROI spending, quality deliverables, and platform best practices across all campaigns.
  • Own crisis planning and social listening—proactively safeguarding brand reputation and managing real-time incident response with stakeholders. 

Qualifications & Attributes 

We’re seeking someone who embodies the following: 

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, or Content Marketing (e.g., HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, Google Digital Garage, Hootsuite) are preferred.
  • Experience:
    6–8 years of experience in social media management, including at least 2–3 years in a senior or leadership capacity. Strong background in B2C brands—preferably in lifestyle, fashion, entertainment, tech, telecom, or F&B sectors. Proven track record of running regional social strategies across the UAE/GCC/MENA and thriving in high-growth, digital-first environments.

Technical Skills:
Must-haves:

  • Deep command of major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat) 
  • Proficiency in scheduling/publishing tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, or Buffer 
  • Data literacy across platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and TikTok Analytics 
  • Expertise in platform algorithms, content optimization, paid media performance, SEO for social, and community management tactics 
  • Strong experience developing and executing editorial calendars 

Nice-to-haves: 

  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or other visual creation tools
  • Knowledge of AI content tools for ideation or scheduling
  • Experience using Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater, or similar social listening tools
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CRM platforms, or e-commerce integration
