Role Purpose 

  • Why this role matters: As Lead, Digital & AI Transformation, you will play a critical role in orchestrating Beyond ONE’s corporate digital transformation. By embedding AI into the core of how our business operates, you’ll drive value across key verticals through a combination of strategic process mapping, cross-functional alignment, and AI product execution. This role bridges business understanding with applied data science to reimagine how work gets done.
  • What success looks like: In your first 6–12 months, you will complete comprehensive process mapping across business-critical functions, identify and scope prioritized AI use cases, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver and embed scalable AI-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, speed, and value creation.

Key Responsibilities 

In this role, you will: 

  • Act as the strategic product lead for data and AI-powered transformation initiatives, owning the roadmap and delivery across major business functions.
    ● Conduct end-to-end business process mapping to uncover opportunities for automation, optimization, and AI enablement across key verticals.
    ● Partner with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deeply understand operational challenges and translate them into AI use cases. 
    ● Prioritize, scope, and manage delivery of AI solutions, from concept to implementation and change integration. 
    ● Collaborate with teams across Data Science, Engineering, Product, BI, and local markets to ensure business-aligned execution and measurable value delivery. 
    ● Drive organization-wide adoption of intelligent workflows and AI-assisted decision-making through prototyping, piloting, and scaled rollout. 
    ● Ensure visibility and alignment across stakeholders through structured progress tracking, communication plans, and joint outcome metrics. 

 

Qualifications & Attributes 

We’re seeking someone who embodies the following: 

  • Education: MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science, with a strong foundation in digital strategy or analytics.
  • Experience: Proven experience driving digital transformation initiatives by delivering AI and data products. Previous involvement in business process mapping, redesign, or enterprise strategy programs—particularly in a multi-functional environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    Must-haves: Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and their practical application in solving business problems. Experience translating strategic needs into actionable use cases. Skilled in coordinating between data science teams, business leaders, and technical stakeholders.
    Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with change management, process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma), or enterprise platforms that enable end-to-end digital transformation. 
  • Unique Attributes:
    ○ Strategic thinker with high business acumen; connects the “why” of business goals to the “how” of data and AI delivery.
    ○ Adept at navigating ambiguity, managing priorities, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders toward a common vision. 
    ○ Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence without direct authority. Skilled in both storytelling and structured communication to drive buy-in and sustain change.
