About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll processing, People budget control, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate payroll transactions, manage People-related expenses, and prepare insightful reports to support decision-making processes.
What You Will Do:
- Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for employees accurately and on time.
- Monitor and control People budgets, including payroll expenses and benefits costs.
- Prepare regular reports on payroll expenditures, budget variances, and forecasting.
- Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures; recommend improvements as needed.
- Prepare reports and assist with related to payroll and People budgeting.
- Collaborate with People and Finance departments to reconcile payroll and budget data.
- He has no communication with the employees at all. he will be working closely with people and finance team only.
- Managing the HRMS Managing the HRMS implementation and accurately with the people team
What You Will Need:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in reporting, financial analysis, or Budget planning and payroll.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
- Knowledge of payroll software (SAP, ADP, Paychex) and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Experience in managing or assisting with human resource budgeting preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of accounting principles and payroll practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
