About the Role

The CRM Systems Analyst plays a key role in analyzing, designing, and implementing information technology systems that meet organizational needs. They work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, define system specifications, and ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions. The IT Systems Analyst is responsible for evaluating existing systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new technologies to enhance business processes and operations, as well as handling the day-to-day operational procedures.

 

What You Will Do

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and gather system requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications and functional designs.

 

System Design and Development:

  • Ability to participate in design system architecture, data models, and user interfaces to meet business requirements.
  • Coordinate with developers and technical teams to ensure the accurate implementation of system designs.
  • Conduct system testing and debugging to ensure functionality, performance, and quality.

 

System Implementation and Integration:

  • Plan and manage the deployment of IT systems, ensuring smooth integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with IT teams for system configuration, installation, and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide training and support to end-users during system implementation and post-implementation phases.

 

System Documentation and Reporting:

  • Create detailed technical documentation, including system requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
  • Generate reports and documentation to communicate system updates, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, changes, and enhancements.

 

Operational Support and Maintenance:

  • Handle the day-to-day operation of IT systems, ensuring reliability and availability.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes or enhancements.
  • Perform regular system maintenance activities, including updates, patches, and backups.
  • Manage and maintain Oracle database systems, ensuring data integrity and security.

 

Continuous Improvement and Support:

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to recommend system enhancements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize systems, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system issues, working closely with end-users and IT teams.

 

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on CRM and billing systems is a must.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle databases, including SQL proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and billing systems, with a focus on customer lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience with system integration, including APIs, web services, and middleware.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
