About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in data analysis and marketing insights to drive campaign performance and enhance customer engagement. You’ll be responsible for gathering and interpreting data across various channels, optimizing marketing spend, and providing actionable recommendations that align with our strategic goals. What You Will Do:
- Build insights from marketing campaigns by collecting and analyzing data from website analytics, social media, and CRM tools, evaluating performance, user behavior, and engagement metrics.
- Develop and maintain segmented databases for targeted marketing, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Create regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), ROI, and spending efficiency to guide cost-effective marketing strategies and budget optimization.
- Analyze marketing campaigns and customer insights to track effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations for improvements.
- Predict future marketing trends using historical data and statistical tools, supporting strategic planning.
- Monitor industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and consumer behavior changes to keep our marketing decisions relevant and informed.
- Manage and Optimize tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, and Tableau to ensure accurate data tracking, insights, and reporting.
- Experiment and Test by running A/B tests on campaign elements (e.g., landing pages, emails) to determine optimal performance and implement improvements.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify new opportunities and understand audience demographics and preferences.
What You Will Need:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a marketing or business analyst, ideally with a marketing focus.
- Technical Skills:
- Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros), SQL, and statistical software like R or Python.
- Analytics Platforms: Experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, and others for user behavior insights.
- Business Intelligence (BI) Tools: Familiarity with Tableau for dashboard creation, data visualization, and generating insights.
- CRM & Data Management: Experience with CRM platforms for customer data management and audience segmentation.
- Basic Coding Skills: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web analytics and troubleshooting.
- Statistical Knowledge: Strong foundation in statistics for data interpretation and hypothesis testing.
- Non-Technical Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- Analytical Thinking & Attention to Detail: Sharp analytical skills with high accuracy in data handling and reporting.
- Effective Communication: Ability to clearly explain data insights to non-technical team members.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive and resourceful in addressing data inconsistencies and analysis challenges.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of marketing principles for strategic recommendations.
- Curiosity & Learning Orientation: Enthusiasm for learning new tools and staying updated on industry trends.
