About the Role
As a Senior Visual Designer at Beyond ONE, you will lead the development of visual concepts and designs that drive brand identity consistency across the MENA region. This role involves creating artwork for both online and offline channels, managing the creative process from briefing to implementation, and ensuring that all brand-related visuals are cohesive and impactful. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to maintain a unified visual identity across communication channels.
What You Will Do
- Create Visual Concepts: Design innovative visual concepts that align with Beyond ONE's brand identity to drive consistency across communication channels, including apps and websites.
- Design Brand Materials: Develop key visuals, logos, and promotional materials for online and offline channels, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
- Develop AV and Animated Content: Collaborate with international and local agencies to create AV and animated materials that elevate brand storytelling.
- Lead Creative Processes: Establish streamlined design processes across business lines and markets to ensure efficient, high-quality creative output.
- Stay Updated on Trends: Research design trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques to keep Beyond ONE at the forefront of visual innovation.
- Manage Multiple Projects: Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
What You Will Need
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a brand design role (B2C).
- Experience in tech and/or international advertising agencies.
- International and/or regional experience is a must.
- Fluent in English.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software.
- Strong innovative mindset focusing on consumer needs and creating human-centered, digitally-driven experiences.
- Attention to detail with the ability to quickly grasp complex situations.
- Passion for driving positive change and a track record of creativity in a performance culture.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing design needs and priorities.
