About the role:

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure cohesive implementation of the People Team strategy in Colombia. Having developed a deep understanding of our company strategy and goals, you will support the Group Chief People Officer, General Manager Colombia and regional CEO to craft objectives and goals for the market which you will then be responsible for driving along with the local teams. You will play an active role in shaping and refining people processes across the group and will assist in key strategic projects including M&A work.


What you will do:

  • Monitor and assess overall colleague engagement - leading the team to manage and improve critical engagement drivers and overall colleague experience
  • Co-create with the central people team and the business, innovative interventions to address:
    • Business and colleague performance management
    • Values and cultural alignment
    • Reward and recognition opportunities 
    • Operating model and org design topics
    • Strategic workforce planning
    • Local payroll activities 
  • Act in a senior advisory capacity to the leadership team in market
  • Identify opportunities for our organization to work collaboratively and effectively based on your deep understanding of the business need/proximity to internal customer
  • Lead your team by setting ambitious goals and clear direction with a well defined work methodology
  • Work closely with our internal communications team to ensure our values are embedded in our local language and accessible to colleagues. 
  • Monitor and proactively identify opportunities to drive high levels of colleague retention and apply rigor to our talent acquisition processes
  • Support and provide guidance to businesses whenLeading business transformation 
  • Embody our values and act as a role model to the rest of the team on values aligned behaviors

What you will need:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Management, HR Management, Organizational Psychology 
  • 10+ years of experience in both HR generalist and employee experience consultancy/lead roles. 
  • Experience of organizational transformation and change management programs. 
  • Experience in M&A activities from due diligence to integration. 
  • High levels of resourcefulness, influence/organizational savvy, execution skills (strategy through implementation) as well as executive presence/impact
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate people and business strategies. 
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
