About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager of Acquisition Marketing for KSA. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of digital acquisition strategies to drive growth and market share for Virgin Mobile, FRiENDi Mobile, and FRiENDi Pay in KSA. Align regional objectives with local strategies, manage cross-functional collaboration, and directly impact the success of our brands as a key member of the local marketing leadership team.
What You Will Do
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute KSA-specific digital acquisition strategies to drive growth, market share, and ROI.
- Align local initiatives with regional objectives through collaboration with the broader digital acquisition team.
- Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and enable continuous improvement.
- Multi-Channel Campaign Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of digital campaigns (SEM, SEO, paid social, display, affiliate marketing) tailored to Saudi audiences.
- Data-Driven Optimization
- Leverage analytics to refine campaigns, enhance conversion rates, and improve acquisition efficiency.
- Partner with analytics/data science teams to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
- Brand Collaboration & Cross-Promotion
- Partner with brand teams to design culturally relevant campaigns for Saudi consumers.
- Identify cross-promotional opportunities to maximize brand synergies and reduce acquisition costs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with product, tech, and sales teams to ensure flawless execution of initiatives.
- Budget & Financial Oversight
- Manage the KSA digital acquisition budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Deliver financial performance reports, including forecasts, variance analysis, and recommendations.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Drive professional development through mentorship and career growth initiatives.
What You Will Need
Education:
- Master’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience:
- 8+ years in digital acquisition, growth marketing, or digital marketing, with a proven track record in the Saudi market.
- Leadership experience in technology, telecommunications, or media industries.
Skills:
- Expertise in digital marketing channels (SEM, SEO, paid social, affiliate marketing).
- Data-driven decision-making and advanced analytical capabilities.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
- Budget management and ROI optimization.
- Deep understanding of Saudi consumer behavior, regulations, and competitive landscapes.
Other Qualifications:
- Passion for innovation and staying ahead of market trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for this role.
