About the role:

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Global Vice President of Growth to lead our global growth initiatives. Based in Dubai, you will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and play a critical role in driving the company’s growth strategy across multiple markets. Your mission will be to identify and execute growth opportunities, optimize marketing performance, and scale our customer base worldwide. This is a high-impact role that requires a visionary leader with a proven track record of driving significant growth in global markets.

What you will do:

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive global growth strategy, identifying key opportunities for market expansion, digital acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the CMO and other senior leaders to align growth initiatives with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize new markets for expansion, leveraging data-driven insights to assess market potential and opportunities.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to each region, ensuring alignment with local market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Drive digital acquisition efforts across all channels, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value.
  • Implement innovative strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty, leveraging insights from customer data and feedback.
  • Oversee global marketing performance, using analytics and KPIs to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that growth targets are met.
  • Continuously refine and optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Work closely with product, sales, technology, and regional teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative culture, driving alignment and synergy across teams to achieve shared growth goals.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to regional growth leaders, ensuring consistency and alignment in growth efforts across markets.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, driving innovation in growth strategies and marketing practices.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
  • 15+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with significant experience in global or regional leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving substantial growth in multiple markets, preferably within the technology, telecommunications, or media industries.
  • Strong understanding of global market dynamics, consumer behavior, and digital marketing trends.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams in a global setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
