About the Role:
We are looking for a Global Reward Analyst to support the development, implementation, and administration of reward programs. This role involves analyzing reward practices, conducting market research, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing data-driven insights to enhance the company's total rewards and performance strategy. You will work closely with the Head of Reward and support our seven countries.
What you will do:
- Market Benchmarking & Salary Surveys: Conduct regular market benchmarking, analyze salary surveys, and submit data to ensure competitive reward practices.
- Compensation Analysis & Recommendations: Analyze salary data and provide recommendations for salary adjustments, promotions, and job evaluations.
- Reward Structures & Program Design: Support the design, implementation, and communication of reward structures, including salary bands and incentive programs.
- Job Evaluation & Salary Classification: Evaluate job positions to determine appropriate salary levels and classifications.
- Benefit Program Monitoring: Monitor the effectiveness of existing benefit programs and suggest improvements based on employee feedback and market trends.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all reward practices comply with local and international regulations.
- Data Reporting & People Metrics: Analyze and report on key people metrics such as turnover, compensation costs, and benefits utilization. Creation and implementation of a data visulation tool.
- Insights for Decision-Making: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management, transforming data into actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Projects & Collaboration: Participate in cross-functional projects related to rewards, performance, and recognition, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve reward processes and systems.
- Industry Trends & Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reward management.
- Training & Development: Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs related to rewards.
What You Will Need:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in reward or a related HR field.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience with HRIS and data analysis tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish (bonus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software.
- Knowledge of reward regulations and best practices.
