About the Role

The Virgin Segment Manager for Postpaid is a key leadership position responsible for shaping and driving Virgin Mobile KSA's postpaid segment strategy. You will define key customer and market insights, design and launch innovative propositions and manage commercial and operational performance. This role requires a strong focus on providing a best-in-class online customer experience and building digital-first capabilities.

You will work closely with different cross-functional teams to deliver the overall strategy for Virgin postpaid offers. As a role model and leader, you will inspire your team to drive digital innovation at the heart of Virgin Mobile's strategy, ensuring we fulfill our promise to "Make Mobile Better." 

What You Will Do

  • Strategy Development: Define and drive the postpaid proposition strategy, leveraging customer insights and market opportunities to differentiate Virgin Mobile KSA.
  • Product Roadmap Management: Manage the overall proposition and product roadmap, making key investment and prioritization decisions with stakeholders.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Develop and execute go-to-market plans to launch new products and propositions effectively.
  • Commercial Performance: Own and drive commercial performance, supporting weekly trading activities and responding to competitive actions in collaboration with sales channels.
  • Digital Sales Optimization: Work closely with e-commerce teams to improve digital sales performance and funnel optimization.
  • Customer Journey Enhancement: Optimize the end-to-end customer journey with a strong digital-first approach, enhancing overall customer experience.
  • Communications Management: Collaborate with the Communications Team to manage advertising plans, including strategy, budget, media mix, and performance.
  • Strategic Planning: Lead strategic and business planning processes, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Performance Tracking: Track segment performance for offers and propositions, manage P&L, and drive continuous improvement.

What You Will Need

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business management, Data analytics, business analytics, etc.  Master’s degree in industrial engineering, marketing, business management, data analytics, business analytics is a plus.
  • Experience: +8 years of experience in telecom, particularly in KSA or other GCC markets.
  • Skills:
    • Deep understanding of the telecom market and customer insights.
    • Experience in developing and launching insight-led propositions.
    • Proven track record in driving digital sales performance and improving digital customer experiences.
    • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and Agile environment.
    • Expertise in shaping and implementing go-to-market strategies across various sales channels, especially digital.
    • Strong experience in managing complex roadmaps, budgets, and resources.
    • Excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills up to the Director level.
    • Strategic and business planning expertise.
  • Other Qualifications: 
    • Certified Marketing Manager (CMM).
    • Experience with customer application design tools like Figma, Sketch, and InVision are preferred.
    • Business analytics knowledge.
    • Familiarity with the AI industry.
