About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Global Head of Product Management to join our multi-service platform provider with global ambitions. Reporting to the Group Chief Growth Officer, you will drive the development and management of digital products in the Fintech, Entertainment, Gaming, and traditional telecom services industries, including the application of AI technology.
What You Will Do
- Drive the Product Vision: Develop and execute a global product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives, including the application of AI technology.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and potential areas for growth.
- Evaluate and Onboard Digital Services: Collaborate with our Digital Service Provider to integrate the latest and best digital services, including AI applications.
- Product Development: Lead the product team in developing digital products across Fintech, Entertainment, Gaming, and traditional telecom services industries.
- Product Evangelism: Stay on top of the latest digital trends and services, ensuring our products remain innovative and competitive globally.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the successful development and launch of new products.
- Market Positioning: Partner with local marketing teams in regional telco companies to ensure our products are well-positioned in their respective markets.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze product performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continued success.
- Customer Experience: Work closely with the customer support team to ensure the best customer experience.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead the product team, including recruiting and hiring team members.
- Project Management: Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
What You Will Need
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Advanced degrees preferred.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in global product management, preferably in the Fintech, Entertainment, or Gaming sectors.
- At least 5 years in a Product Management or Product Marketing role in telecoms.
- Skills:
- Expertise in digital product development and management, including the application of AI technology.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Other Qualifications:
- Ability to work or travel in different geographies, particularly in Latin America and the Middle East.
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or Arabic is a plus.
