About the Role

The KSA Fintech Business Head will lead our fintech and digital payment sector efforts in Saudi Arabia, driving innovation and growth. This role requires a motivated and visionary leader to drive strategic growth and operational excellence, working closely with senior leadership to execute the company's vision and expand our fintech solutions.

This role is for a dynamic and driven individual who is stepping into a leadership role or has previously worked in a senior position within a startup environment. Knowledge of the Saudi fintech landscape is a must, as is an overall understanding and strong relationship between the Saudi Government and SAMA relations.

What You Will Do:

• Strategic Direction: Shape Beyond ONE’s strategic fintech direction in Saudi Arabia, aligning with our overarching goals. Collaborate closely with senior management to devise and implement initiatives that propel the organization toward its vision.
• Business Development: Seek and pursue business development opportunities to set up a fintech business in Saudi Arabia. Explore new growth avenues within the fintech and telecom sectors and establish strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Operational Setup: Work with the Beyond ONE leadership team to set up and operate the fintech business in Saudi Arabia. Provide local insights, craft a business plan, and execute it to ensure full operational functionality.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and build robust relationships with investors, clients, industry partners, and regulatory bodies, ensuring their interests align with the company's strategic objectives.
• Financial Management: Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure the organization’s financial health and sustainability.
• Operational Oversight: Provide comprehensive oversight of daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and optimal performance across all functional departments.
• Team Leadership: Lead the team with inspiration and mentorship, fostering a workplace culture that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Innovation and Adaptability: Champion a culture of innovation and adaptability. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts to maintain a competitive edge.

What You Will Need

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience as a business leader or in a similar senior executive role, preferably in the fintech or digital payment sector.
• Skills:

• • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Deep understanding of the fintech landscape, particularly in the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a flair for identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends in digital payments.
