We’re looking for a Creative Strategist, Performance Marketing to help drive the creative strategy and execution across all paid media channels, including Meta, TikTok and more in the UK and US. This role is instrumental in shaping and delivering high-impact, data-driven creative assets that enhance performance marketing efforts, scale user acquisition, and optimise engagement across the full marketing funnel.
So, what will you be doing?
- Creative Strategy & Execution: Manage the global creative strategy for all paid performance marketing channels, ensuring high-impact execution across Meta, TikTok, and others
- Creative Brief Development: Develop compelling creative briefs that align with marketing objectives, ensuring impactful and performance-driven content
- Influencer & Content Creator Management: Partner with the Comms team to align on goals for influencer outreach and UGC content creation for ads
- Video Production Oversight: Partner with video editors to ensure high-quality asset delivery
- In-House UGC Scaling: Establish and optimise in-house paid media UGC content creator days
- Performance Optimisation: Conduct regular creative reporting for performance marketing ads, analysing ad-level performance to identify top-performing assets and inform future strategy
- A/B Testing & Creative Experimentation: Develop and execute a creative A/B testing roadmap to optimise creative elements, including copy, CTAs, hooks, imagery, and ad placements to scale winning creatives efficiently

- Prior experience in paid media creative strategy, with a strong track record of delivering high-performing digital ad creatives for consumer brands
- Deep understanding of Meta, Tiktok, YouTube, and other digital ad platforms
- Strong experience in influencer and UGC content development
- Proven ability to scale creative production and drive performance
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse performance metrics and optimise creative strategies accordingly
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, creative experimentation, and reporting on ad performance
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with both analytical and creative teams
- Ability to execute and manage high-impact campaigns under tight deadlines
- Startup and beauty experience are a bonus
