In this position, you will design, manage, and analyze cross-media advertising projects, both internal and external. You will also play a key role in client-facing interactions, requiring outstanding communication skills and the ability to independently write, analyze, and present research findings and advertising insights.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Research Design and Delivery

  • Support survey fieldwork and passive measurement operations.
  • Design, manage, analyze, and deliver research reports, including visualizations, summaries, and client recommendations.
  • Ensure high-quality cross-tab summary reports with charts, conducting quality assurance checks on data prior to report creation.

Performance Benchmarking and Insights

  • Develop performance benchmarks based on industry standards and client-specific requirements to measure and optimize advertising campaigns.
  • Streamline data analysis into actionable advertising insights to enhance clients' advertising plans and campaigns.

Client Engagement and Support

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to drive client acquisition and retention efforts, including participating in client meetings and presenting deliverables (reports and data insights) to clients.
  • Provide support in positioning projects and delivering insights that align with client objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between Data, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure seamless communication of project objectives, study designs, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to the refinement, testing, and execution of the company’s product strategy, aligning it with client needs and market trends.

 

ABOUT YOU

What we are looking for

  • Comprehensive understanding of the media landscape and in-depth knowledge of media effectiveness. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently design, execute, and deliver complex market research or insights consultancy projects, showcasing expertise in developing actionable recommendations from data-driven analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
  • Advanced report writing skills, delivering actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a strong client service orientation.
  • Proficiency with survey tools and data analytics software (e.g., SPSS).
  • Expertise in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
