We are looking for a Project Manager to lead media research campaigns and ensure client success. You will collaborate with global brands, acting as a key liaison between internal teams and clients while providing actionable insights into advertising effectiveness.
Your role involves delivering exceptional client service with speed and accuracy, mastering internal tools and processes, and optimizing campaign execution while sharing best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Execution and Client Management
- Provide top-tier service in a fast-paced advertising environment while managing expectations effectively.
- Learn and master company and industry-specific market research tools.
- Deliver proactive insights regarding project status and offer recommendations to ensure exceptional execution.
- Communicate project details (metrics, timelines) clearly and effectively to colleagues and clients.
- Troubleshoot project issues, identify risks, and escalate when necessary to ensure smooth execution.
Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement
- Ensure survey quality by applying current market research methodologies.
- Keep organized and take accountability for project outcomes.
- Embrace adaptability and openness to change to contribute to business success.
- Take feedback constructively, learn from past experiences, and provide guidance to colleagues and clients.
ABOUT YOU
What we are looking for
- Understanding of the media landscape and in-depth knowledge of media effectiveness.
- Proven ability to manage advertising fieldwork, with a strong foundation in quantitative marketing research and project management.
- Experience in account management and client success within advertising, media, or market research.
- University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with survey methodologies and data quality assurance.
- Familiarity with media research tools and analytics platforms.
- Dutch language proficiency is a plus.
