BEAT81 is coming to Stuttgart! We are opening our first studio in the city (CIRCUIT format, right in the city centre) in late 2026, and we are looking for a hands-on Facility & Operations Manager to keep it running like clockwork.

This is a part-time, all-round position for technical support, logistics, and minor maintenance. You are the person who makes sure the studio, its equipment, and its tech are always in top shape for our customers and coaches.

 

You will

• Keep the equipment perfect: weekly maintenance and cleaning of cardio machines and heart-rate sensors, battery replacement, and sensor functionality checks. This is the heart of the role.
• Handle minor repairs: manual tasks, wall work, and small fixes around the studio.
• Run technical checks: HVAC filter cleaning, regular studio floor checks, and general technical upkeep.
• Manage deliveries and logistics: accept and organise deliveries, restock consumables, and keep storage in order.
• Support studio projects: help with renovations, installations, and improvements as the studio evolves.
• Coordinate external partners: communicate with janitors, external technicians, and the landlord where needed.

You have

• Proven hands-on technical or handyman skills; you enjoy fixing things and take pride in well-maintained spaces.
• Reliability and an independent working style; you spot issues before anyone else does.
• Basic comfort with technology (sensors, simple troubleshooting); we will train you on our equipment.
• Fluent German for coordinating with local technicians and service providers; English is a plus.
• Availability for a flexible part-time schedule in Stuttgart.

Nice to have

• Experience in facility management, gym or hospitality operations, or a skilled trade.
• A driver’s license.
