We’re looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (m/f/d) to join our Operational Excellence team as a hands-on generalist and operational problem solver. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves tackling new challenges, and is eager to drive company-wide projects.
You’ll work closely with various stakeholders and leadership to drive cross-functional initiatives. Expect to take full ownership of operational projects, and make real improvements where they matter most—inside our gyms and for our participants.
From identifying and resolving inefficiencies in real time to keeping coaches, FOH teams, and participants aligned, you’ll be the one making sure things get done. You’ll also build dashboards and tools that help teams move faster and make smarter decisions.
This is a high-impact role for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and create meaningful, measurable change.
You will:
- Work closely with the leadership team to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives
- Identify and fix inefficiencies in gym operations in real time
- Own and execute operational projects end-to-end with on-the-ground follow-through
- Communicate clearly with coaches, FOH, and customers to ensure smooth execution
- Build dashboards and tools that support fast, informed decision-making
You have:
- 2-3 years experience ideally within startups or operational roles
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort with complexity and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Confidence in working independently, managing multiple priorities and being hands-on
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and a strong drive to own initiatives.
