We are looking for Fitness Program Manager / Head Coach to join our Düsseldorf Team!

As a Fitness Program Manager at BEAT81, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape the future of fitness by designing cutting-edge fitness programs that blend technology, coaching, and gamification. Join a passionate, fast-growing team in Düsseldorf and make a real impact—helping people across Europe train smarter, push limits, and achieve their best.

You will:

• Onboard, support, and hire a stellar team of coaches, ensuring they align with BEAT81’s training philosophy
• Train and support coaches, providing guidance on program execution and best practices
• Analyze performance data to continuously improve workouts and enhance member experience
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to integrate innovative fitness solutions.
• Train and support coaches, providing guidance on program execution and best practices
• Ensure workouts align with BEAT81’s mission of Sweating Smarter Together by making them dynamic and results-driven
• Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas to enhance our fitness offerings
• Support the expansion of BEAT81’s fitness programs across new locations

You have:

• Experience in designing and implementing structured fitness programs, Indoor Cycling and/or group training
• A background in coaching, personal training, or fitness instruction
• Passion for technology-driven fitness solutions and innovation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor and support coaches
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to work cross-functionally with tech, product, and operations teams
• Fluency in English (German is a plus)

Nice to have:

• Certification in sports science, personal training, or related fields
• Experience in fitness-tech or digital fitness platforms
• Familiarity with gamification and engagement strategies in fitness
