What will you be doing?
The Group Compliance Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the compliance function of our regulated payments business. This role will involve assisting with the implementation and maintenance of compliance programs, producing MI, managing documentation, completing client questionnaires and providing administrative support to the compliance team.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, and be able to work in silo as well as part of a busy team.
This role will sit within the Global Compliance team, reporting to the Executive Director of Risk Management & Compliance.
Responsibilities include:
Compliance Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Manage and organise compliance documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of regulatory reports and submissions.
- Preparing and completing Banking partner/client/prospect client due diligence forms
Coordinate BCB Group Mandatory Training:
- Instrumental for building a relationship with our training provider
- Ensuring the all mandatory training is scheduled and delivered on time
- Tracking of training completion/pass rates and providing MI.
- Acting as a liaison with other departments to ensure their specific training is updated and distributed
Policy and Procedure Support:
- Assist in the distribution and tracking of compliance policies.
- Assist in the updating of compliance related procedures.
Regulatory Updates:
- Monitor and track changes of relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Assist in communicating regulatory updates to relevant stakeholders, including the distribution of the quarterly horizon scanning newsletter and quiz.
Compliance Monitoring activities:
- Assist with the coordination of compliance monitoring activities, such as internal audits and risk assessments.
- Support the distribution and tracking of compliance policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance presentations.
- Participation in ad hoc tasks and projects when required to support the function

- Proven experience in an administrative role within a compliance, legal, or risk management environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of general compliance principles and regulations is a plus
- Able to work autonomously and take the initiative to drive results independently
- Passion to work in a start-up/fintech environment within a fast paced environment
- Great team player with a can do attitude that works collaboratively across different levels and teams within the organisation, able to quickly foster close working relationships with colleagues, with impressive stakeholder relationship skills
- Someone who can work independently, whilst working closely with a growing team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
