We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and excellence seeking individual to join our Supply Chain Operations Store Fulfilment team. As a Store Click & Collect Coordinator you will coordinate parcels fulfilled from stores for our e-commerce customers working closely with store staff and management teams to ensure seamless handovers to the couriers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Oversee picking, sorting, and packing processes in stores
Coordinate parcel fulfilment and ensure smooth handover to couriers
Monitor store execution standards through regular site visits
Provide real-time support to Store teams to resolve operational challenges
Track and analyse KPIs at brand and store level
Report insights to Brand Heads of Operations and key stakeholders
Highlight performance improvements and SLA failures, driving accountability
Manage the end-to-end Click & Collect process
Ensure orders are accurately prepared and ready for customer collection
Monitor collection readiness times and SLAs
Drive a seamless and positive in-store customer experience
Investigate and resolve ageing parcels and uncollected orders
Conduct training sessions to ensure process adherence
Identify and implement process improvements across stores and brands
Maintain and update SOP documentation
Proactively identify gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency and experience
Work closely with store teams, management, and cross-functional stakeholders
Step in to support additional operational needs when required

WHO YOU ARE:

This job is for you if you have:

Strong communicator who can influence, problem-solve, and build relationships across teams
2+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Store Operations, or Omni-channel fulfilment
Hands-on experience in eCommerce and Click & Collect environments
Reliable transport and are based in Durban
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with ease
Data-driven, confident working with Excel/Google Sheets to turn insights into action
True team player, collaborating across departments to get things done
Adaptable and solutions-focused, always looking for better, smarter ways to work
