WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Capture and update return information across relevant systems and tracking tools.
• Monitor return requests and collections to ensure they move through the reverse logistics process.
• Provide return status updates to internal stakeholders where required.
• Assist with tracking parcels within the returns network and flagging exceptions.
• Maintain accurate records of returns and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Support the reconciliation of return data and basic reporting requirements.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and escalate discrepancies or issues when identified.
• Assist the operations team with additional administrative tasks as required.

 

WHO YOU ARE:

This job is for you if you have:

• 1-2 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics administration, or a similar operational support role
• Basic understanding of eCommerce, retail fulfilment, or logistics processes
• Reliable transport to travel to the office
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with data
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams
• Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment

 

One or more of the following will help you stand out:

• Be proactive and able to show initiative to foresee and resolve problems
• Capable of working independently and efficiently, while contributing effectively to team efforts with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Have a keen interest in solving challenges
• Be known for delivering high-quality work while keeping your own team productive, fun, and happy!
