As a Mid-Senior Photographer at Bash you’ll have a far-reaching impact on the commerce experience for both our customers and store staff. You’ll work in a dynamic cross-functional team closely aligned around the customer journey, with the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects and technologies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Photography and Shooting

Shoot apparel (on-model and mannequin) as a primary focus, delivering imagery that meets Bash Studio’s visual and technical standards
Shoot product stills across categories including accessories, footwear, cosmetics, and homeware
Shoot hollows (mannequin) sets as required
Ability to fill in on fine jewellery sets when needed
Ensure accurate and consistent colour, scale, texture, and fit representation across all imagery
Meet daily output targets while maintaining quality and consistency

Operational Support

Help maintain equipment, flagging any issues to the Photography Lead promptly
The ability to troubleshoot on set — both technical (lighting, tethering, camera) and workflow-related when need
The ability to provide support and guidance to freelance photographers from time to time when they are on set
Help maintain backups and ensure filing remains organised and up to date

Studio Culture and Collaboration

Contribute to a positive, supportive studio environment
Collaborate closely with the styling, post-production, and operations teams
Participate in regular team meetings and photography workshops
Help maintain studio cleanliness and organisation on set

WHAT YOU HAVE:

3–4 years of experience shooting in a professional studio environment, preferably e-commerce or catalogue
Strong understanding of studio lighting and modifiers (Profoto experience preferred)
Proficiency with Canon camera systems
Great working knowledge of Capture One for tethered shooting and session management
Experience with colour workflows in Capture One is a strong advantage (nice to have, not essential)
Competency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides) for studio documentation and planning
A portfolio that demonstrates strong studio lighting ability and product photography skill
