The Omni-Merchandise Administrator is a key administrative role that acts as a buffer between partners (internal and brand) and the engineering team. This position is responsible for managing tickets related to product and system access issues, training new hires, and engaging with stakeholders. The role is highly administrative, requiring excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Ticket Management: Process and resolve partner tickets for product and system issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigate issues and resolve them independently before escalating to the engineering team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between partners and the engineering team.
  • Training & Onboarding: Conduct training for new starters on processes and systems.

WHO YOU ARE:

This job is for you if you have:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication (Advantageous) 
  • 2+ years of experience in an e-commerce or omni-channel retail is a plus
  • Experience in creating/ loading promotions for the website/ app
  • Ability to be agile and effective
  • Strong coordination skills 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Team player comfortable with working on multiple projects with different stakeholders while acting as support
