As the Product Marketing Lead, you’ll drive the strategy, structure and execution behind how Bash’s suite of products - across e-commerce, store-enablement and fintech - land in the market and in the hands of employees. You’ll work at the intersection of product, brand, and customer to ensure we position Bash as a utility-driven digital shopping companion — and a platform that empowers teams across the TFG Group.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll build the discipline of product marketing at Bash, from foundations to frameworks, ensuring every launch, feature, and journey lands with relevance and impact across our external (consumer) and internal (employee) audiences.

Strategy & Structure

  • You’ll build the discipline of product marketing at Bash,
  • Own the product marketing strategy, aligning positioning, messaging, and campaign direction to product and commercial goals across e-commerce, store tech, and fintech.
  • Build and manage the annual product marketing roadmap, working closely with Product and Strategy leads to translate business priorities and
  • product releases into clear, phased marketing initiatives.
  • Define and evolve the operating model for product marketing, including how we work, with whom and through which artefacts (personas, value props, GTM plans, lifecycle comms).
  • Build rigorous alignment with the product lifecycle and shipping velocity — ensuring marketing can keep up with our pace of innovation.

Go-to-Market Excellence

  • Own the go-to-market roadmap for all feature launches and product rollouts — ensuring clarity of roles, timelines, deliverables, and messaging.
  • Develop and execute messaging strategies across multiple audiences:
    •  Consumers ; drive understanding, adoption, and love for Bash’s digital products.
    •  Employees; particularly in-store teams, embed new tools and technologies in a way that is easy to understand, use, and champion.
  • Tailor campaigns, content, and communication to suit the context and needs of each audience, maximising engagement and ensuring value is clearly articulated across channels.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Store Ops to ensure internal-facing products are positioned as enablers, not just tools and embedded into the daily flow of work.
  • Partner with Creative, CRM, Growth, and Store teams to ensure owned media — across digital and in-store — is fully leveraged to drive engagement.

Execution & Impact

  • Translate product value propositions into compelling messaging that shows up consistently in campaigns, always on journeys and employee channels.
  • Own performance across marketing efforts related to product adoption, feature usage, and engagement.
  • Ensure ongoing campaign performance and message resonance through testing and insight mining.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a team of product marketing managers.
  • Cultivate a culture of strategic ownership, experimentation and delivery.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • 8+ years in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or GTM roles - ideally in e-commerce, fintech, or digital-first consumer brands.
  • Proven success in building and executing integrated product marketing roadmaps aligned to business and product strategy.
  • Experience developing multi-audience go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across product, content, design, enablement, store ops, and analytics.
  • A sharp understanding of how customer segmentation, messaging, and positioning drive commercial outcomes.
  • A strong grasp of lifecycle marketing across digital and offline channels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for simplifying the complex.
