Our Client and Marketing team are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Advisor to join the team on a 12 months FTC. 

This role is part of this new Client and Marketing way of working involves developing and managing a menu of services that support our focus priority account teams, industrialising those services that are shown to add real business value. This role is one of the team supporting this initiative

What you will be doing

Account Management

  • Project management and peer review support for creating best practice objectives and account plans in each key account
  • Account governance – ensuring kit and security clearances for team
  • Seek opportunities for account-based marketing within key accounts
  • Seek opportunities for client experience networks within key accounts
  • Provide writing, design, and alliance services for key accounts where suitable

Bid Support Management 

  • Lead the triage process for incoming bid support requests, ensuring accurate allocation to the appropriate BE teams.
  • Oversee progress tracking across all active requests, proactively identifying risks to timelines and intervening early to maintain service levels.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for delayed responses or complex enquiries requiring cross-team coordination.
  • Review and refine consolidated responses from BE teams to ensure clarity, accuracy, and a consistent standard of presentation before submission back to bid teams.
  • Own the monthly Bid Support report, ensuring data accuracy, clear insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Project management and peer review support for creating bid
  • Arrange pre-marketing to target bid audience
  • Arrange document production, copy-writing, design for the bid

Your skills and experience 

  • Operate with a high level of initiative, working to create and improve processes across the bid landscape
  • Hands-on and happy to be involved in the detail and rolling your sleeves up
  • Experience in a professional services or management consultancy environment
  • Experience and knowledge of using Microsoft Excel and ability to interpret, enhance and optimise reporting
  • Ability to work across all levels with impact, effectiveness and influence
  • Ability to research, analyse and present information with a high level of attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (eg Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, PowerApps)
