Our Digital & AI practice is looking for an experienced Manager to join the team. 

This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead cutting-edge AI engagements. You will define strategy, deliver complex AI programs, and contribute to the growth of our AI consulting footprint. As a key member of our team, you will help shape and drive a range of exciting technology-focused initiatives across all our US industry market sectors (Financial Services, Products & Services, Energy & Resources and Telecom & Media).  

Our practice focuses on partnering with our clients to solve their most complex data and AI challenges. We leverage deep expertise across all facets of technology driven transformation – encompassing digital innovation, data analytics, AI capabilities and technology platforms to design solutions uniquely tailored to each client’s needs.

What you will be doing

As part of the Digital & AI team, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to shape AI strategies, define delivery roadmaps, and oversee the implementation of scalable, production-grade AI systems. You will be responsible for aligning AI solutions with our client's business goals, developing technically robust solutions, and maintaining ethical integrity. You will also be responsible for creating value for our clients by leading AI visioning sessions, facilitating strategy workshops and overseeing the design and architecture documents and managing the downstream effects. In addition, you will also support the development of our internal capabilities and provide mentorship to junior staff members, enabling them to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation driven environment.

Typical engagements include:

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects: Managing all phases of the project lifecycle, from discovery and design to deployment, monitoring, and optimization, while ensuring sustainable and impactful outcomes.
  • Developing AI Solutions: Overseeing and building AI solutions through the infrastructure to the application layers. Rigorously testing the capabilities of the LLMs and fine tuning to suit the needs of our clients.
  • Translating business requirements: Converting complex functional and non-functional needs into practical solutions that align with the organization's strategy, policies, and standards. In certain instances, you may assist clients in establishing new policies, principles, and standards around AI.
  • Advising on AI operating models and governance: Guiding clients to establish effective AI operating frameworks, governance models, and responsible AI practices to address ethical considerations and regulatory compliance.
  • Scaling AI capabilities: Supporting clients in enhancing AI scalability through MLOps automation, cloud infrastructure modernization, and ensuring data readiness. This includes helping clients transition from on-premises systems to modern, cloud-based infrastructures such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Driving stakeholder engagement: Building consensus among technical and business stakeholders, ensuring that delivery is aligned with business priorities and value creation.
  • Participate in AI visioning and strategy workshops: Supporting clients by providing a framework of an ideal future state and providing them the necessary tools to make it into reality. 

 
Your skills and experience

Our Manager position requires 6+ years of experience in a consulting or industry role, with a strong background in Data & AI initiatives. 

We are looking for people who can both advise our clients and actively participate in technical delivery, bringing solutions to life. Below are some of the key skills and qualifications we are seeking:

  • Strategic Innovation: Developing tailored and innovative strategies for transformation and growth through AI, coupled with the ability to lead the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects, from discovery and design through to deployment, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
  • Identifying and Enabling AI Use Cases: Proactively identifying AI opportunities and crafting robust business cases to promote AI adoption, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Client Advisory and Upskilling: Advising clients on AI/ML operating models, governance frameworks, and responsible AI/ML practices, while fostering their understanding and capabilities in AI/ML methodologies.
  • Business-to-AI Translation: Translating business requirements, both functional and non-functional, into actionable technical solutions. This involves maintaining compliance with organizational strategies, policies, and standards, while helping clients define new policies, principles, and standards when necessary.
  • AI solution Design and build: Must have familiarity with the overarching AI stack layers (infrastructure, data, model development, model deployment and application) and related Frameworks (such as TensorFlow and PyTorch) and programming languages (such as Python and/or R)
  • AI readiness advisory: Lead clients through the discovery process, conduct gap assessments across current technology stacks, assess current operating models for AI enhancement, conduct talent density analysis to enable AI adoption, tagging analysis, review current infrastructure for AI supplementation.
  • Leadership in AI Delivery Planning: Converting business objectives into comprehensive AI/ML delivery plans, managing cross-functional teams to execute ambitious goals effectively.
  • Scaling AI/ML Capabilities: Supporting clients in scaling AI/ML processes through robust infra, high quality data management, MLOps, cloud infrastructure, and data readiness. Additionally, facilitating transitions from legacy on-premises systems to modern cloud-based infrastructures such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • End-to-End AI Systems Delivery: Overseeing all stages of AI/ML project delivery, from discovery to deployment and monitoring, ensuring technical rigor and business impact.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Alignment: Driving effective engagement with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical delivery and measurable business value creation.
