Scope of the role:The Head of Compliance role is the designated responsable du contrôle du respect des obligations (“RC”) and is based in Luxembourg. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The Compliance Manager will report to the Group Compliance function for the day-to-day compliance responsibilities. The Head of Compliance will have in-depth insight and working knowledge of the Compliance and AML/CTF requirements that apply to VASPs/CASPs in Luxembourg/EU. The Head of Compliance will be responsible for monitoring and testing the Firm’s policies and procedures. This role will also contribute to the success of the wider Group Compliance programme. The Head of Compliance will be risk aware and sensitive to the unique challenges and risks posed by a dynamic and fast-paced crypto industry. Roles and responsibilities: MI Reporting
