Jobs to be Done:

 

  •  The Salesforce developer will be responsible for developing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. 
  • This role involves working on complex projects and contributing to the continuous improvement of Salesforce applications.  
  • The developer will possess a solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices, and be able to translate business needs into technical solutions. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
  • implement Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, and flows.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.   
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests.
  • Utilize Salesforce DX and other deployment tools to manage and deploy code changes.
  • Participate in release management and deployment activities.
  • Ensure the quality and stability of our Salesforce environments.
  • Build out test automation packs.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications.
  • Identify and implement performance improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates and best practices.
  • Contribute to the devops process.

 

Required Skills and experience:

 

  • 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
  • Understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX and version control systems (e.g., Git, VS Code).
  • Experience of full Salesforce SDLC.
  • DevOps Experience (preferred).
  • Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred).
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
