Wir sind ein junges Unternehmen mit der Vision, den Ansatz in der Gesundheitsversorgung zu verändern und personalisierte, präventive Medizin als neuen Standard zu etablieren. In den nächsten Jahren werden wir Longevity-Day-Clinics an verschiedenen Standorten eröffnen, beginnend mit Zürich im Q2/2024. Die Zentren werden hochmoderne Diagnostik und Treatments unter einem Dach vereinen. Das personalisierte, ganzheitliche Walk-in Konzept wird in Europa einzigartig sein und unsere Kunden dazu befähigen, ihre Gesundheit und ihr Wohlbefinden selbst in die Hand zu nehmen.

Die Rolle

Wir suchen einen dynamischen Marketing Manager, der unsere Online-Marketing-Strategie, die Durchführung von Kampagnen, Erstellung und Verwaltung von E-Mail-Journeys, und die Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit vorantreibt. Du wirst alle Online-Marketing-Aktivitäten leiten, mit einem besonderen Fokus auf Content-Marketing und Performance-Marketing, die im Einklang mit unserer Vision für Langlebigkeit stehen.

DEIN VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH

Kampagnenplanung und -umsetzung: 

  • Planung, Umsetzung und Reporting von Marketingkampagnen auf allen Kanälen
  • Auswahl des geeigneten Channel Mix
  • Entwicklung von Botschaften, kreativen Konzepten und Texten

Content Marketing

  • Definition einer Content Marketing Strategie inkl. Keyword Research, Definition von Content Pillars & Content Clusters
  • Erstellung eines Content Plans für das Jahr
  • Erstellung von Inhalten durch eigenes Schreiben und in Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:Innen intern sowie Freelancern

Social Media Management:

  • Planung, Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Social Media Inhalten
  • Community Management und Interaktion mit Followern
  • Analyse und Reporting von Social Media Aktivitäten

Fokus auf Geschäft und Wachstum: 

  • Du spielst eine zentrale Rolle beim Wachstum und der Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit unserer Klinik 

Website Pflege und Gestaltung:

  • Aktualisierung und Optimierung von Website-Inhalten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Design- und Entwicklungsteams zur Verbesserung der Website-Usability

Implementierung von neuen Features und Funktionen:

SEO Optimierung:

  • Durchführung von Keyword-Recherchen und Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Optimierung von Website-Inhalten für Suchmaschinen
  • Überwachung und Verbesserung der Suchmaschinen-Rankings

HubSpot Management:

  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von E-Mail-Journeys
  • Tracking und Analyse von Kampagnen
  • Erstellung und Auswertung von Reports
  • Pflege und Verwaltung des CRM-Systems

WAS DU MITBRINGEN SOLLTEST

  • Saubere, quantitativ fundierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise: attention to detail und sehr gute Fähigkeiten Texte zu erstellen
  • Erfahrung mit E-Mail Automation: Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Nutzung von E-Mail Automation Tools (vorzugsweise Hubspot), einschließlich E-Mail-Journeys, Tracking, Reports und CRM-Management.
  • Tracking und Reporting: Aufsetzen von Tracking Systemen über sämtliche Kanäle hinweg, einschließlich das Erstellen von Reportings.
  • Social Media Kompetenz: 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Verwaltung von Social Media Inhalten sowie in der Analyse von Social Media Kennzahlen.
  • Webseiten Management: Erfahrung in der Pflege und Gestaltung von Webseiten, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen in HTML/CSS.
  • SEO Know-how: Grundlegende Kenntnisse in der Suchmaschinenoptimierung und Erfahrung mit SEO-Tools.
  • Teamplayer: Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, effektiv im Team zu arbeiten.
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten: Fähigkeit, Daten zu analysieren und daraus Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten.
  • Proaktive und Hands-on-Mentalität: Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und Bereitschaft, praktische Aufgaben zu übernehmen.
