WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a Senior Game Mathematician to design, validate, and fine-tune casino game mathematics—primarily slots—working closely with Game Designers and Developers. You will own the math model from early concept and prototyping through release, ensuring engaging gameplay, compliant outcomes, and high-quality documentation.
AS A PART OF OUR TEAM YOU WILL:

Develop game mathematics and mechanics for online gambling products (mainly slot games) in collaboration with Game Designers and cross-functional teams.

Balance and fine-tune game outcomes to reach target KPIs (RTP, volatility, hit rate, feature frequency, max win, etc.).

Build prototypes and proof-of-concept models quickly to validate new mechanics and rough ideas.

Run simulations (Monte Carlo / exhaustive where applicable) to validate performance and compare results vs expected targets.

Test and troubleshoot math models, identify edge cases, and maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency.

Produce clear math documentation: math model descriptions, game logic, PAR sheets, probability tables, and player-facing explanations as needed.

Collaborate with development teams during implementation, provide specifications, and support integration and QA.

Analyze risks and investigate player claims by reviewing probabilities and expected outcomes

Share knowledge, establish best practices, improve templates, and challenge the status quo to raise overall quality.
YOUR PROFILE:

3-5+ years of experience as a Game Mathematician in online gambling / iGaming (slots preferred)

Strong understanding of slot mechanics and feature design.

Scripting / programming skills (any language is fine; ability to implement and validate logic through code).

Good understanding of core programming paradigms and ability to communicate with engineers.

High attention to detail: ability to spot small mistakes, validate outcomes, and troubleshoot complex models.

Data-driven and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team; clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Offer Presentation (30-45 minutes). Once we've confirmed you're the right fit for the role, we'll prepare a job offer and present it to you. This includes all the details about your role, compensation, and the next steps to join our team
