As a Strategy Analyst you will work closely with the Founder’s,and strategy team and contribute to critical projects across various domains of the business. This role requires a high degree of versatility and a proactive approach to tackling strategic and operational challenges in a dynamic startup environment.

What will you do

Support Strategic Planning: 

  • ⁠Assist in developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and market expansion.
  • ⁠Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Assist in preparing pitches, proposals, and presentations for business development initiatives.

Project and Process Management:

  • Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement 
  • Plan out improvement projects and take the lead on executing them
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely and successful execution.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align on goals and deliverables.

Operational Support:

  • Support daily operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes.
  • ⁠Analyze and report on key performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial models, forecasts, and budgets.

Innovation and Research:

  • ⁠Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in the longevity and health supplement industry.
  • Contribute to the ideation and development of innovative products and services.
  • ⁠Engage with the scientific community to support evidence-based product development and validation.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering  or a related field.
  • 1- 2  years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a management consulting, startup or venture development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage complex tasks.
  • High proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools and programming languages is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Passion for the longevity industry and a personal commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
