What will you do

As a Partnerships Manager Intern at Avea in Singapore, you will be a key player in our local operations, taking on responsibilities that are both dynamic and impactful. This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, proactive, and willing to dive into a variety of tasks with resilience and precision. 

This is a paid internship, candidates must be based in Singapore.

What will you do

Partnerships Development (70%):

  • Influencer Partnerships: Identifying, engaging, and maintaining relationships with high-potential influencers. You'll strategically manage these collaborations to maximize impact, demonstrating both initiative and a keen understanding of influencer marketing dynamics.
  • Offline Presence Expansion: Building partnerships with relevant businesses and organizations to increase Avea’s offline presence, creating opportunities for collaboration and brand visibility.

Marketing and Events (20%)

  • Event Leadership: Spearheading Avea’s involvement in local events, from planning to execution. You’ll ensure each event aligns with our brand goals and meets high standards of organization and impact.
  • Marketing Execution: Working closely with our eCommerce manager and supporting Singapore-specific growth initiatives across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. You will take ownership of certain campaigns, leveraging insights and adapting to changes quickly.

Operational Support (10%)

  • Logistics & Operations Support: Acting as the point person for logistics coordination within Singapore. You will ensure smooth warehousing and fulfillment processes, handle unexpected challenges, and drive solutions to keep operations efficient.
  • On-the-Ground Operations: Handling any Singapore-based operational needs, from troubleshooting logistics issues to managing last-minute requests or changes.
